No. We cannot promise a particular credit outcome or score change. We review possible report errors and help dispute items only when there is a specific, documented reason.
Do I have to join Credit Builder to get repair help?
No. Credit Builder is optional and separate from repair. You can ask about repair without buying a membership, and Credit Builder does not include dispute services.
When do repair fees get charged?
Repair is billed at the end of the month, after that month’s work is completed. If no repair work is done in a month, there is no repair charge for that month. Credit Builder has a separate monthly fee that is charged upfront.
How is my report reviewed?
Your request is saved for a person to review. Automated report analysis is not available at this time. Any dispute work is reviewed individually before it is sent.
Is this a good fit if I’m preparing for a car or home purchase?
